Delivery & Returns Policy

This page explains how we dispatch orders, what delivery services we use, and the conditions for returning items.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • We ship using Parcelforce with tracking and a signature required on delivery.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your shipment online.
  • If you require an alternative courier or delivery service (e.g. timed / specialist shipping), this can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping charges include: secure handling and packing, protective packaging materials, and postage costs based on the size and weight of your order.

We recommend ordering all required items in one order. We cannot combine separate orders placed at different times, and each order will carry its own shipping charge.

While parcels are shipped at the customer’s risk, we take great care to package all items securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Returns

We accept returns in line with UK consumer regulations, subject to the conditions below.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, clean, and unfitted.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The product and packaging are undamaged.
  • The item is in as-new condition and clearly suitable for resale.

Important: Returned items must be ready to resell without doubt.

Returns will not be accepted if a product arrives back to us scratched, damaged, dirty, used, altered, or otherwise not meeting the conditions above. If refused, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Return Process

  • Please contact us before returning any item to obtain return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for all returns.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
