Pricing and Payment Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods.
Delivery Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Any delays will be communicated promptly. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Customs, Duties, and VAT for International Orders
Customers purchasing goods for delivery outside of the UK are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and VAT in their destination country. PO Performance Ltd has no control over these charges, and they vary widely by country.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local customs authority regarding any import regulations or fees before placing an order. Any customs fees, taxes, or delays due to customs processing are solely the buyer’s responsibility.
If a shipment is rejected due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, any additional return shipping fees or related costs incurred by PO Performance Ltd may be deducted from any applicable refunds.
Returns and Cancellations Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused products in their original condition, subject to a restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Cancellations must be requested before shipment. A cancellation fee may apply.
Warranty Goods come with a manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. The Seller is not responsible for damages or defects caused by improper use or installation.
Liability PO Performance Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the products, including for racing or competition purposes.
