BMW M50 / M52 / M54 Upgraded Reinforced Oil Pump Shaft

M54B30 Turbo Upgrade Sprocket Set

The set includes an upgraded oil pump shaft, modified sprocket, retaining nut and cotter pin.

Two versions available:

• M50 non-VANOS, M50 VANOS and M52 single VANOS
• M52TU and M54

Do not wait until oil pressure is lost in an M52TU or M54 engine, as the resulting repair costs can be substantial.

Manufactured from ultra high-quality materials:

• Bearing steel with a surface hardness of 65 HRC and a tough, ductile core
• High-quality, modified OEM BMW sprocket 

This is a direct replacement for the original oil pump shaft.

Installation note:

A hydraulic press is required. The original shaft must be pressed out of the inner rotor and the new shaft pressed in to the correct depth. Measure the original shaft position using a digital calliper before removal to ensure correct installation.

Each unit is stress tested to ensure maximum strength, reliability and durability
