Aluminum gearbox adapter plate enabling the connection (mate / SWAP / conversion) of BMW V12 M70 M73 with manual  ZF (ZF Friedrichshafen) / Getrag transmissions from BMW

 

-BMW ZF/Getrag gearboxes have been successfully used in both amateur and professional motorsports for many years. They can handle very high torque (some models exceeding 1000Nm) while ensuring great reliability. They are perfect for swaps in high-power projects intended for daily use.

-Opting for the latest generation automatic gearboxes such as ZF 8HP or Getrag DCT DKG provide ultra-fast gear shift times (0.2 seconds), enhancing both speed and convenience.

The adapter fits the European version of the M70 engine. In the case of the M70 RHD engine, cut the adapter or change the starter to the European version and move it to the other side of the engine.
