CNC71 Steering lock kit BMW E46 M3 - FULL KIT 

 

A dedicated lock kit for the BMW E46 M3 - FULL KIT (the set has all the necessary elements for assembly).

 

Adapters are milled on CNC machines, which gives a high quality finish and 100% matching of the adapter to the steering knuckle and pin ends. For E46 the adapters are made of the hardest aluminium acc. To Polish standards. The control arm is cut with a laser and has precisely machined holes for pins and stabilizer mounting (we recommend its assembly for better driving of the car in a skid, especially when the suspension is not heavily hardened).

 

To install the set, you need to move the upper shock absorber mounting on your own (camber, relocator or E46 M3 pillow - the latter is recommended as a simple and reliable option).

The new design of the arm (without self-modification) does not allow the installation of a stabilizer bar. No hole for the connector.

Installation of washers under the mangle, depending on the parameters of the wheels, may cause a collision with the stringer.

When assembling the kit, nothing needs to be cut, welded or grinded, everything is Plug & Play, the operation is fully reversible, the body remains intact.

The arm is 4 cm longer than the stock one, the adapter moves the wheel 2 cm. A total of 6 cm on the widening side.
