The kit includes:

• Two-Piece Flywheel

-Constructed from a special lightweight alloy, AlZnMg+Ti, offering the strength of 42CrMo4 steel.

-Designed to handle a maximum torque of 2000 Nm.

-The main flywheel features a steel ring gear for starter motor engagement.

-The converter hub includes a pressed-in steel centring pin for precise alignment of the converter with the main flywheel.

-This design ensures optimal functionality and durability under high torque loads.

-Total flywheel weight: 5.9 kg.

• Gearbox Adaptor

-Made from AW7075-T651 aluminium alloy, which exceeds the strength of S355 and C45 steel (1.0503).

-Adapter thickness: 50 mm.

• Mounting Bolts

-Includes bolts for securing the flywheel, adapter, and gearbox.

The flywheel is dynamically balanced
