• Adaptor housing manufactured from the strongest aluminium alloy available on the market – AW7075 (Fortal)
• Drive shaft transmitting power from the 8HP xDrive gearbox output shaft to the propshaft, manufactured from 42CrMo4 steel and heat treated; includes a 16 mm propshaft centring spigot
• Drive shaft supported by a double bearing within the housing, ensuring precise alignment and reliable power transmission; the complete assembly is centred on the gearbox housing spigot
• Mounting bolts included
• Optional gearbox mounting brackets available:

All design work is carried out using Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Professional, under a fully licensed and regularly updated subscription, ensuring we always work with the latest version.

• High-end CNC machining.

All parts are produced on DMG MORI CNC machines, regularly serviced and maintained.

Our machining precision is no worse than 0.01 mm, guaranteeing perfect alignment between engine and gearbox.

In accordance with international ITAR standards, general industrial machinery must not exceed a positioning accuracy of 0.006 mm, which we strictly adhere to.

• Premium certified materials only.

Adamat Performance use only the highest quality certified materials, including AlZnMg+Ti aluminium alloys with titanium additives for flywheels—produced exclusively to individual order.

These alloys match the strength of 42CrMo4 steel while being considerably lighter.

Adamat Performance adapter plates are made from AW7075-T651 aluminium (Fortal), which is nearly three times stronger than common AW2017 aluminium.

We source materials from reputable suppliers in the EU and the USA.
