Description

This Kit include:

  • Complete one piece flywheel made of a special lightweight alloy AlZnMg+Ti with the strength of steel 42CrMo4, eliminating factory flywheel from Nissan automatic transmission. Flywheel are complete with assembled starter gear ring. Flywheel designed to max 2000Nm of torque. Weight of flywheel 4.1kg

  • Tranmission adapter made of AW7075-T651 aluminum alloy, surpassing the strength of S355 and C45 steel (1.0503). Thickens 24.5mm

  • Mounting screws for the flywheel, torque converter, adapter plate and gearbox.

    

 

Flywheel are fully dynamic balanced.

  • Measurements: For measurements, we utilize the modern 3D scanner ATOS GOM, ensuring high measurement accuracy. The maximum volumetric measurement error is <0.002mm. Additionally, for the highest measurement accuracy requirements, our workshop is equipped with the FARO GAUGE measuring arm.

  • Design: In the design phase, we employ legal software from Dassault Systèmes - SolidWorks Professional. Regular subscriptions ensure that we always work with the latest software version.

  • Production: In production, we utilize CNC machines from DMG MORI, which undergo regular inspection and servicing. The machining accuracy is no worse than 0.01mm, ensuring excellent alignment of gearboxes with engines. According to international ITAR regulations, our machines' positioning accuracy is compliant, being no greater than 0.006mm.

  • Materials: We use only the highest quality certified materials in our production. For instance, special aluminum alloys like AlZnMg+Ti with titanium additives are used for flywheel production. These alloys offer the same strength as 42CrMo4 steel while being lighter. Adapters are made from an aluminum alloy called AW7075-T651, also known as Fortal. This alloy is nearly three times stronger than the popular AW2017 aluminum. We collaborate with suppliers from the EU and the USA for the delivery of strategic materials.

  • Balancing: We use a high-quality CIMAT dynamic balancer, ensuring that assembled rotary parts are of 100% quality and won't damage your engine.

  • Sourcing: Importantly, we do not import materials or outsource production from Chinese manufacturers.
