CNC71 Front Steering Lock Kit for BMW E46 – PRO KIT

The PRO KIT CNC71 front suspension kit is designed specifically for the BMW E46.

This kit guarantees an increase in steering angle of up to 70 degrees, alters the characteristics (value) of the Ackermann angle, and allows for quick adjustments without the need to remove any components.

The geometry has been carefully designed using kinematic simulations, and analysed and tested by drivers from the Drift Masters series.

Recommended baseline settings – for individual driver adjustment:

• Camber: -4 degrees
• Caster: 4.5 degrees
• Toe: 0 degrees

Additionally, the kit:

• Reduces KPI (Kingpin Inclination)
• Allows adjustment of static camber (damper mounting angle on the knuckle)
• Raises Roll Centre (adjustable)
• Reduces Bump Steer (adjustable)
• Enables camber adjustment
• Enables caster adjustment

The kit increases the vehicle’s width by 7.5 cm per side.

It fits perfectly into the original suspension mountings on the vehicle’s chassis and complies with regulations for drifting series.

The product is manufactured from high-quality steel and aluminium using precise CNC machinery. The kit includes lower control arms, steering rack spacers, upper damper mounts, knuckles with all necessary hardware, and an installation manual.

Individual components are protected by powder coating or galvanisation. The use of spherical bearings eliminates the need for rubber bushes, providing a more direct and responsive driving feel on the track.

Note:

The compatible wheel size range for the kit is between 17" and 19", with the condition that the inner diameter of the wheel must not be smaller than 405 mm.
