STAGE 1 KIT –  up to 1056 Nm of torque. This kit is ideally suited to street cars and occasional track use

Adamat Performance also offers clutch variants for full competition and motorsport applications. 

Clutch kit up to 1040Nm, 1150Nm, 1300Nm, 1570Nm, 1700Nm of torque

 

Kit contents:

  • 19.5 mm adapter precision-machined from ultra-high-strength fortal AW7075 – twice as strong as the commonly used duralumin AW2017A or C45 steel, and stronger than other ST-grade steels. The adapter mounts to the original dowels in the engine and the corresponding positioning holes in the gearbox. Manufactured entirely on a DMG CNC milling machine, with a positioning tolerance of 0.01 mm.
  • Mounting bolts for securing the adapter to the engine and the gearbox to the adapter.
  • Lightweight flywheel machined from aerospace-grade AlMgZn+Ti alloy, offering the strength of 42CrMo4 steel. This monolithic flywheel includes an integrated starter ring gear.
  • Two 240 mm Performance clutch plates with solid hubs, lined with Kevlar-based LUK 8090S friction material.
  • Intermediate plate manufactured from special alloy structural steel, highly resistant to wear and high temperatures.
  • SACHS pressure plate.
  • Adamat Performance patented spring-damping system for the intermediate plate, with automatic centring during disengagement – essential for sequential gearboxes during rapid gear changes
  • Flywheel bolts – grade 12.9.
  • Clutch release bearing.
  • Clutch plate alignment tool.
