High-quality gearbox conversion kit designed to mate the BMW manual transmissions to GM Chevrolet V8 engines (LS1 / LS2 / LS3 / LS7, as well as LQ4 and LQ9) using adapter plate and lightweight flywheel.

Kit Includes:

  • Lightweight Flywheel (7.9kg) – CNC machined from a special high-grade aerospace aluminium alloy (AlZnMg+Ti). This single-mass flywheel features an integrated starter ring gear and is tailored to specific gearbox versions. Depending on the gearbox model, either a pilot bearing is seated within the flywheel or a centring pin is included for gearboxes with an internally mounted bearing. The flywheel also includes a replaceable friction insert made from high-strength nodular cast iron (GJS600).
  • Adapter Plate – Manufactured from ultra-strong AL7075 alloy, offering strength levels exceeding typical structural steels. This ensures reliable alignment and torque transfer between the engine and BMW transmission.
  • Gearbox Input Shaft Alignment Pin – Ensures precise centring of the gearbox during installation.
  • High-Grade Mounting Bolts – Includes flywheel bolts (grade 12.9) and all necessary bolts for securing the gearbox and adapter plate.
