  • Adapter plate for crank sensor
  • New light 7.9kg high grade aircraft aluminium alloy AlZnMg+Ti flywheel

  

This Kit includes:

  • 100% CNC machined parts made by ADAMAT Performance

  • 7.9g weight hybrid flywheel made from special aircraft grade aluminium alloy with titanium AlZnMg+Ti. Flywheel made as light single mass with iner ductile iron GJS-600 friction disc. The best  abrasion and temperature resistance from other materials,

  • Complete flywheel with starter ring and trigger ring for crank sensor assembled in adapter plate 

  • Standard clutch disc + LUK's 8090s with Kevlar friction pads

  • Sachs pressure plate from E90 3.0d

  • Made from Dural 2017a adapter conversion plate with double centring, 1St stage centring on standard two slaves in engine block, 2st stage on standard positioning holes in BMW gearbox. Adapter plate have slot for assembly Crank Sensor. You don't need any other modification to start your M62 / S62 and N62 with those setup.

  • 12.9 class Flywheel bolts

  • Clutch bearing

  • All necessary bolts for adapter and transmission.

  • Manual with installation process

Clutch set is fully dynamically balanced and maximally optimised for strength analysis through virtual FEM analysis and real tests

 

Setup is available for few BMW gearbox and different clutch discs options 

Stage 1 LUK 8090S pads + LUK M57 SAC Pressure plate up to 650Nm
Stage 2 100% Kevlar MAKLAND pads + LUK N54 SAC Pressure plate up to 780Nm
Stage 3 Sintering clutch disc + LUK N54 SAC pressure plate up to 850Nm
Stage 4 Sintering pads + SACHS Racing pressure plate up to 900Nm

   

1st option 

  • 5 speed ZF gearbox from E36 328i, E46 328i, E46 330i, E39 528i or E39 530i, we are recommended gearbox with MTF oil, gearbox strength up to 650HP / 800Nm of torque, gearbox type S5D-320Z, S5D-310Z, S5D-260Z / GS6-37BZ
  •  5 speed M57 gearbox from E46 330d,  E39 525d or E39 530D (called M57 gearbox) - gearbox strength up to 800HP / 1100Nm of torque, gearbox type GS5-39DZ
  • 6 speed E46 M3 gearbox (GETRAG) - gearbox strength up to 1050HP / 1400Nm of torque, gearbox type S6S-420G

  

2nd option
