Adamat Performance offers a single-disc clutch kit for Nissan RB20 / RB24 / RB25 / RB26 / RB30 DE / DET / NEO engines TO BMW gearboxes from E36 / E34 / E39 / E38 / E46 / E60 / E61 / E65 / E66 / E90 / E91 / E92 models, originally fitted to M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, N54, M57, M57N and M57N2 engines. The kit is compatible with discs featuring spline dimensions 23x29-10N, 28x35-10N and 28x35-26N for BMW gearboxes from the S5D, GS5, S6S and GS6.

The complete STAGE 1 kit includes:

• 6.9kg CNC-machined single-mass flywheel with an integrated starter ring gear. The flywheel incorporates a replaceable friction insert made of premium GJS600 spheroidal graphite iron.
• LUK 8090S pads + LUK M57 SAC Pressure plate
• Clutch release bearing
• Bolts for flywheel, adapter and gearbox
• Adapter plate, manufactured from DURAL AW-2017A, connecting the Nissan engine to a BMW gearbox. Available in two configurations (see below).
• Dynamic balancing protocol, confirming ISO1940/1 G6.3 class balancing on CIMAT machinery

All clutches are dynamically balanced as complete assemblies.

Setup is available for few BMW gearbox and different clutch discs options 

Adapter configuration

Variant 1:

5-speed ZF gearboxes (E36 328i, E46 328i, E46 330i, E39 528i, E39 530i). Recommended with MTF oil. Rated capacity: 650hp / 800Nm. Gearbox codes: S5D-320Z, S5D-310Z, S5D-260Z.

5-speed BMW M57 gearbox (E46 330d, E39 525d, E39 530d). Rated capacity: 800hp / 1100Nm. Gearbox code: GS5-39DZ.

6-speed Getrag gearbox (E46 M3). Rated capacity: 1050hp / 1100Nm. Gearbox code: S6S-420G.

6-speed BMW gearbox (E46 330i). Rated capacity: GS6-37DZ.

Variant 2:

6-speed BMW gearboxes from E60 / E61 / E63 / E65 / E66 / E82 / E89 / E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 with petrol N54 or diesel M57N/M57N2 engines. Rated capacity: 1200hp / 1600Nm.

⚠️ Note: Two versions available – with pilot bearing in the crankshaft or in the gearbox input shaft. Gearbox codes: GS6-53DZ, GS6-56BZ, HGU, HGJ, GJD and other GS6 variants.
